A Super Guide to a Jolly Good Pimms: Red, White, and Blue Never Tasted So Fine.

Greetings, cocktail enthusiasts! Victoria here, your favourite mixologist, salter-of-rims, and sugar sprinkler extraordinaire. I’ve got something refreshing, British, and just a tad patriotic for you today.

Picture this: a warm summer’s afternoon, the faint chime of the ice cream van in the distance, the scent of freshly mown grass lingering in the air, the neighbours screaming at each other… It’s Pimms o’clock, my friends! But this isn’t your average Pimms. No, this is a Pimms cocktail with a The Salty Rim Co. twist.

Our “Best of British” and “Holiday Cocktail Sugar” are going to lift this classic to new, dizzying heights of deliciousness. Get ready to impress your friends and add a little razzle-dazzle to your garden party!

Without further ado, let’s mix up this red, white, and blue cocktail like it’s the Queen’s Jubilee!

The Jolly Good Pimms (for 2 people, or just for you, we don’t judge here)

  • 100ml (or 3.5 oz) of Pimms No.1
  • 400ml (or 13.5 oz) of lemonade (clear, fizzy, not the American kind, lovely as that is it just won’t work for this recipe)
  • Fresh strawberries, oranges, and cucumbers
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • A generous rim of our “Best of British” or “Holiday Cocktail Sugar” for our friends across the pond
  • Plenty of ice

How to:

  1. First off, let’s give your glass a grand makeover! Wet the rim with a roll of a lime or lemon wedge, then roll it in the “Best of British” or “Holiday Cocktail Sugar”. Voilà! Your glass now looks fit for a royal.
  1. Next, fill your gloriously sugar-rimmed glass with ice. I’m talking to the brim, folks! This drink is best served frosty.
  1. Pour in the Pimms. Go on, don’t be shy! You’re about to create a masterpiece of cocktail craftsmanship.
  1. Top off with the lemonade. Stir gently, as if you’re conducting a symphony of flavours.
  1. Now for the fun bit: the fruit! Pop in slices of strawberries, oranges, and cucumbers. This is Britain in a glass, after all.
  1. Give your cocktail a little tiara of mint leaves. Because every cocktail deserves to feel pretty.
  1. Finally, serve with a cheeky smile, and watch as your guests’ eyebrows raise in pure admiration.

So there you have it, my cocktail-loving chums! A Pimms to make Britannia herself proud, enhanced by the magic touch of The Salty Rim Co.’s sugars. It’s the union jack in a glass, the Best of British, and a right royal knees-up for your taste buds.

Remember, my friends, life’s too short for dull drinks. Make each one count with The Salty Rim Co. And as we always say, if the Queen herself were to taste your cocktails, make sure they’re rimmed right!
